Florida International University is a public university that was founded in 1972 and is located in Miami, Florida. The University has an enrolment of approximately 38,000 students and it comprises of 12 different colleges, namely, Architecture and Arts; Arts and Sciences; Business Administration; Education; Engineering and Computing; Honors College; Law; Medicine; Nursing and Health Sciences; Hospitality and Tourism Management; Journalism and Mass Communication; and Public Health and Social Work through which it offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in various fields.
