The Education and Leadership concentration is designed for the physician assistant who is involved in education and wishes to gain advanced training in the theory and practice of educating healthcare professionals. Upon completion of this program, the graduate will have demonstrated competence in the area of education and will have demonstrated strong leadership skills which will prove beneficial in their career as an educator of future healthcare professionals.

The Advanced Physician Assistant program requires all applicants to meet the following criteria: Graduation from an accredited PA program.Minimum overall GPA 2.50/4.0 scale and minimum PA program GPA 2.5/4.0 scale.Current National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification Current state PA license.
